1. Overview
DesiNovaNTR is a circular fashion platform that allows users to:
- Submit pre-owned clothes for reuse, recycling, or upcycling.
- Receive reward vouchers based on accepted clothing submissions.
- Redeem vouchers to purchase artisan and sustainable products at discounted prices.
- Shop Fresh Arrival Artisan Products, Thrift, Upcycled & Recycled Products.
Used Clothes Submission Policy
Non-Returnable Clothing Submissions
Once a user submits used clothing to DesiNovaNTR and the clothing is accepted by our team:
- Ownership of the submitted clothing is transferred to DesiNovaNTR.
- The submitted clothing will not be returned to the user under any circumstances.
- Users cannot request the return of individual items after collection, pickup, or acceptance.
By scheduling a pickup or submitting clothing, users acknowledge and agree that the items become part of DesiNovaNTR’s recycling, reuse, resale, donation, or upcycling process.
No Cash Payments
DesiNovaNTR does not purchase used clothes for cash.
Users will not receive:
- Cash payments
- Bank transfers
- Wallet credits redeemable for cash
- Monetary compensation
Instead, eligible users may receive:
- Reward vouchers
- Discount coupons
- Store credits (where applicable)
The value of vouchers is determined solely by DesiNovaNTR based on internal quality assessment criteria.
Voucher-Based Rewards
For accepted clothing submissions:
- Users may receive vouchers that can be redeemed on eligible artisan and sustainable products available on the platform.
- Voucher values are non-transferable unless specifically permitted by DesiNovaNTR.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost, expired, or misused vouchers may not be replaced.
DesiNovaNTR reserves the right to modify voucher values, validity periods, and redemption terms at any time.
Cancellation Policy
Clothing Pickup Cancellation
Users may cancel a scheduled pickup before the pickup partner collects the clothing.
Once:
- The pickup has been completed, or
- The clothing has been received by DesiNovaNTR,
the cancellation request cannot be accepted.
Product Order Cancellation
Orders for artisan products may be cancelled only if:
- The order has not yet been shipped or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may be denied and the order will be subject to the return policy outlined below.
Fresh Arrival Artisan Products Return Policy
Fresh Arrival Artisan Products may be eligible for return under the following conditions.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after 3 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns will be accepted only if:
- Incorrect size was delivered.
- Wrong product was received.
- Wrong color was delivered.
- Product arrived damaged during transit.
- Product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Supporting photographs may be required.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

Non-Returnable Fresh Arrival Products
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products returned after 3 days.
- Products that have been used or washed.
- Products without original tags.
- Products damaged by customer misuse.
- Customized or personalized products.
Thrift Products Return Policy
All Thrift Products sold on DesiNovaNTR are sold on an “As Is” basis.
No Returns
Returns, exchanges, refunds, or replacements are not applicable for thrift products.
This policy applies because:
- Thrift items are pre-owned or unique pieces.
- Each item is individually inspected and described before sale.
- Inventory is limited and often one-of-a-kind.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review:

Refunds and Store Credits
