STEPS TO SEND CLOTHES

STEP 1

Submit the "SELL CLOTHES" form properly after checking the instructions.

STEP 2

Gather your clothes and ensure it meets the criteria.

STEP 3

Delivery partner will come to your doorstep to collect box.

STEP 4

Earn Vouchers to shop upcycled & new arrivals after clothes verification done. It may take upto 7-8 days.

INSTRUCTIONS TO PACK OLD CLOTHES IN A BOX

STEP 1

Decide how many clothes you want to sell in exchange for vouchers by checking the list of accepted clothes.

STEP 2

Choose a box that fits clothes neatly avoid big boxes to save courier cost.

STEP 3

Seal the box properly and make sure it is not torn or cut. Send us the dimensions of the box.

STEP 4

Paste the courier information paper clearly on the box.

How are vouchers calculated?

Vouchers depend on the clothing type, weight, and Quality. When you fill out the Sell Old Clothes form, the voucher value will be visible there based on the Weight Guide.

Is pickup available across India?

Yes, pickup is available in most locations.

Can I get cash in exchange of old clothes?

No, we don't provide cash in exchange of old clothes. We provide DesiNovaNTR Vouchers which you can redeem to buy artisan clothes at discount.

What Clothes are not accepted?

Children wear, underwear, bedsheets, curtains, floor mat, towels, more than 30% torn, Soiled, wet or mouldy clothes

Do we need to give charges for courier?

No, courier charges for selling old clothes will be taken care of by DesiNovaNTR. Additionally, we provide ₹20 extra if the clothes are packed neatly in a box.
